Returns Policy

No refunds will be given for change of mind after product is shipped. 
If the item is faulty however please email us to discuss appropriate resolution. This is genuinely a product replacement but a refund may be given depending on the circumstances. We will accept exchanges if you have purchased without requesting thin elastic etc. Please email us to discuss a solution.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We always take a photo proof of the packages before sent  and we’re happy to send you a photo of the envelope/parcel if required.
